Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure safety, Ascendance Academy cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained during activities. By attending, you confirm that your child is physically and medically fit to participate.

Medical Conditions

Please notify us of any medical conditions before your child begins the program. By attending, you consent to first aid being administered if necessary and agree to emergency medical treatment (including calling an ambulance) should the need arise.

Food Safety

To help protect children with severe allergies, please do not pack any food containing peanuts or tree nuts. We also ask that children do not share food or drinks with others during camp.

Photography Permission

By attending the program, you consent to Australian Martial Arts Academy capturing photos and videos during the event to share updates (e.g., Instagram stories).
